Laddy Daswell (D.J.) Bevans aged 91 of St. Andrews Drive, Blair Estates and formerly of Grand Bahama died at his residence on Sunday, 23rd August, 2026.
He is survived by his wife: Sylvia Bevans; daughters: Kim Bethel, Christine Bullard and Charliese Bevans; sons: Rev. Kevin Benton, Paul, Rochielle, Daswell Jr. and Keith Bevans; grandchildren: Miriam and Benjamin Benton, Rachael Walters, Syrena, Chelsea, Jourdan, Paul Tariq Jr., Aliyah, Alycia Bevans, Joliese Johnson, Tanaz, Dahlyah, Dreyson, Zahra and Joshua, Gina Bethel and Jethero Bullard, Andelino Sands, Dereka Thomspon-Zimgibl and Shavette Thompson; sister: Angela Mackey-Ferguson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date.
