Funeral service for the late Eugene Hancil Higgs aged 24 of Imperial Park, will be held on Saturday, 18th March, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral, West Street North. Officiating will be Reverend Fr. Glen Nixon. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens Cemetery, Soldier Road.
