Funeral Service for the Leadr Katherina Rachel Saunders, aged 94 years of Marlin Drive, Highland Park and formerly of The Ferry, Little Exuma, will be held on Saturday, 24th June 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Salem Baptist Union Church, Taylor Street. Rev. Lynden Clarke assisted by Rev. Wilton McKenzie and other ministers of the Gospel will officiate. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens, Solder Road
She is survived by her daughter- Lydia E. Bullard; step daughters- Lilymae Major and Ernstine Flowers; sisters- Ververine Wilmont, Margaret Curtis;brother-Former Controller of Customs John A. Rolle; grandchildren- Regina, Vaughn (Sherene), Warren, Weldon, Trina; great grandchildren- Wellington,Jamaal, Gabriel and Javaughn Bullard; step grandchildren- Cindy Sawyer, Owen and Jason Major, Doniqua Major and Donrico Brennen; brother-in-law- Hezekiah (Shirley) Saunders of Palm Beach, Florida; sisters-in-law- Viola (Elvin) Bodie and Doreen Saunders of Miami, Florida and their families, Roseland “Tiny” Saunders and Family along with other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
