Dear Marisa,
This is Paula Brennen formerly with the Casino Services office at Atlantis when you worked in the casino.
I wish to offer my condolences to you, Stacey and your extended family as you grieve the passing of your mother. I was surprised when I saw Lona’s pleasant face in the Guardian obits. I left the hotel in 2008 and did not know she was so ill. How are you and the children holding up? You will always remember your mother ; recalling her habits and the things she taught you as you grew up. Relay these to Israel and Isis. Also, read Jesus words to sisters Martha and Mary as he was about to resurrect their deceased brother, Lazarus. In the Bible book of John chap. 11:23-45 he demonstrated the power to resurrect or, bring back to life, those who have died. Hold on to those words Marisa. The Bible tells you God has a book of remembrance with names of those who fear him and meditate on his name. At their death, these too have prospects of a resurrection. See Malachi chap. 3:16.
I know everyone bears grief differently Marisa but, the pain of losing her will lessen in time. I was grateful for the comfort I received when my parents and my husband died. Even as you sort out family business, I would like to be a support for you. You can contact me on my cell 558-5869 (WhatsApp) or JW_Brennen@yahoo.com if you wish.
Sincerely,
