Funeral Service for the late Nurse Hazel Yvonne Cleare-Coleby (Retired) aged 89 years of Benson Cres, Dannotage Estates will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday 20th October, 2023 at Emmanuel Gospel Chapel, Emmanuel Way. Officiating will be Pastor Jeffrey Evans assisted by Pastor Ben Smith and other ministers of the gospel. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens, Soldier Road.

Hazel’s memories will forever remain and be cherished by her children: Wayde (Erma) Coleby, Granville Alphaeus (Angela) Coleby, Cyntyche (Frederick) Smith, Judith (Michael) Bowe, Avalyn (Ismael) Grant, and Andrew (Denise) Coleby; Siblings: Allan (Margaret) Cleare, Willard (Hazel) Cleare, Ena (Charles) Miller,Luther (Marie) Cleare, Earnel (Stephanie) Cleare, Sybil McGillion, and Sharon Smith; Grand Children: Owenta, Angel Taylor, Jobeth (Donovan) Coleby-Davis, and Crystal Coleby, Erica Coleby and Rickishia Richardson, Mathan Bowe/Althea (Angelo) Evans, Cleophas (Stevette) Smith, Lavonne (Todd) Smith, Serena (Vance) McPhee, Alexia Smith, Alphaeus, Colette, Ronald and Shaniece Grant, Andrew Jr, and Jaquan Coleby; Adopted Children: Ormand, Deangelo, and Alexander Ramsey, Cora (Ioan) Miclaus; Great Grandchildren: Tamia, Tyson, and Tyler Smith, Mathlyn Bowe, Tauje Evans, Savannah and Victoria McPhee, Randon Swaby Jr. and Nicholas Richardson; Numerous Nieces/Nephews, relatives, and friends including: Marjorie Russell, Sebrina Moss, Tencie Evans, and Linda Gaitor, Dorothy and Pamela Coleby.
