Semi-Military Service for the late Paul Rupert Thompson Sr. OPM, CPM, ACP-Ret, aged 96 years of Paradise Island will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday 5th April 2024 at Christ Church Cathedral, George Street. Officiating will be Canon Stephen Davies, Rev. Fr. Eric Miller and Rev. Deacon John Pinder assisted by other members of the clergy. Cremation will follow.

Paul is preceded in death by his Son: Paul Rupert Thompson Jr.; Mother: Lillian Oliver; Father: Henry Seon Thompson; Grandparents: Virginia Samuels Pilgrim (aka Adoo Doon) and Granville Pilgrim.

He is survived by his Wife: Evelyn Thompson; Son: Paul O’Brian Thompson; Daughters: Janet, Paulette Elizabeth Thompson, Stephanie Dianne Thompson-Miller, Dr. Racquel Thompson-Best, Judi Blair-Wooten and Tracy Blair Coakley. Grandsons: Paul O’Brian Thompson Jr., Christopher Blair, Chase Wooten, Anthony Blair-Moss, Justyn Coakley, Adrian Coakley, Paul R.
