Paul Rupert Thompson Sr., (Retired Former Assistant Commissioner of Police)

Aged 96 years

Paul Rupert Thompson Sr., (Retired Former Assistant Commissioner of Police) aged 96 of Suffolk House, Paradise Island died at his residence on Wednesday March 6th, 2024.

He is survived by his wife: Evelyn Thompson; daughters: Janet Thompson, Diane Miller, Racquel Best, Judi Blair-Wooten and Tracy Blair-Coakley; son: Paul Obrian Thompson; numerous grand and great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Arrangements will be announced at a later date.

    I am sorry I am not going to be there he lives a good life he loves everybody and everyone’s love him and look up to him will always be remembered Police force keep him going I want to give my deepest Condolences to the families I will remember him

    Mr Thompson was more to me then a step father he was a father always look out for me always there when I need him Bahamas,Trinidad and U.S when I was younger he took care me as equal as far as children he was a loving father May God be with him
