Funeral Service for the late Philip Arlington Outten, 63 years of Jacaranda Street, Pinewood Gardens, will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, March 4th, 2022, at St. John’s Native Baptist Church, Meeting Street. Officiating will be Pastor Jerome W. Johnson assisted by other Ministers and Deacons. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens Cemetery, Soldier Road.
