A Celebration of life for the late Phillip Leroy Lightbourne, aged 58 years, of Old Fort Bay, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 10th, 2021, at Bethel Baptist Church, Meeting Street. Officiating will be Rev. Patricia Bethell assisted by associate Ministers. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memorial Gardens & Mausoleums, John F. Kennedy Drive.

Due to current Government regulations in respect of Covid-19, masks and physical distancing are required. 

Phil is preceded in death by his Father: Carlton Lightbourne; Sisters: Dorothy Denise Clarke and Carolyn Lightbourne and his Brother: Stephen Mackey.
