Semi Military Service for the late Reserve Supt. of Police Willamae “Winkie” Ernestine Toote aged 83 years of Pine Crest South Beach Estates will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday 5th June 2024 at The New Annex Baptist Cathedral, Wulff Road. Officiating will be Apostle Mitchell E. Jones assisted by other ministers of the gospel. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens Mausleoum, J.F.K. Drive and Gladstone Road.

Aged 83 years

Willamae was preceded in death by her parents John and Caroline Rolle, sister Silvian Lee (Rubelle) Clarke; brothers: Elijah and Edward Rolle and brothers-in-law: Milton Clarke Sr. and Albert Forbes.

She is survived by her Son: Valentine A. Toote Jr. II; Daughter-in-law: Phyllis Toote; Adopted Daughters: Candice (Penny) Carey, Jennifer Ferguson and WR/Inspector Pherne Sands; Grand Daughters: Chardonnay Toote and Christian Andrews; Grandsons:  Valentine III, Johnathon Toote and Phillip Phifer; Adopted Grand Daughter:  Natalya Carey; Adopted Grand Sons: Ervin and Nathan Carey; Sisters: Vernita M. Cleare, Maudline I. Forbes and Margaret V. Taylor; Brothers: Deacon John R. Rolle J.P., and Deacon Hartman L. Rolle;

Friends may pay their last respects at the Paul Farquharson Center (Police Headquarters), East Street North on Tuesday 4th June 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and at the church on Wednesday 5th June 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
