Funeral Service for the late Retired Chief Customs Officer Fletcher Elbirth Cooper aged 94 of Dundas Court, Pyfrom Addition will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday 16th September, 2023 at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral, West Hill Street. Officiating will be Fr. Kendrick J. Forbes assisted by other ministers of the clergy. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens Cemetery, Soldier Road.

Aged 94 years

Funeral Service for the late Retired Chief Customs Officer Fletcher Elbirth Cooper aged 94 of Dundas Court, Pyfrom Addition will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday 16th September, 2023 at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral, West Hill Street. Fletcher was predeceased by his daughters: Debbie and Delores Cooper; siblings: Clifford and Wilbert “Bill” Cooper; Zelma Worrell, and Clarice Cooper.

Friends may pay their last respects at Bethel Brothers Morticians & Crematorium, #44a Nassau Street on Friday 15th September, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and at the church on Saturday 16th September from 9:00 a.m. until service time.

    I met Mr Fletcher a very long time ago. He was a neighbour of my in-laws the Minnis’s. Mr Fletcher was a very well-spoken kind officer who did his job very well.My sinere heartfelt condolences to his family and friends. May he Rest In Peace, Amen.
