Funeral Service for the late Retired Chief Customs Officer Fletcher Elbirth Cooper aged 94 of Dundas Court, Pyfrom Addition will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday 16th September, 2023 at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral, West Hill Street. Officiating will be Fr. Kendrick J. Forbes assisted by other ministers of the clergy. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens Cemetery, Soldier Road.

Fletcher was predeceased by his daughters: Debbie and Delores Cooper; siblings: Clifford and Wilbert “Bill” Cooper; Zelma Worrell, and Clarice Cooper.

    I met Mr Fletcher a very long time ago. He was a neighbour of my in-laws the Minnis’s. Mr Fletcher was a very well-spoken kind officer who did his job very well.My sinere heartfelt condolences to his family and friends. May he Rest In Peace, Amen.
