Dencle is preceded in death by his Wife: Helen Barr; Mother: Effie Walkes; Father: Dencil Barr.

Friends may pay their last respects at the Paul Farquharson Center (Police Headquarters), East Street North on Wednesday 26th June 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and at the church on Thursday 27th June 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until service time.

    A very professional Officer with a heart of gold I had the opportunity to work with Supt Barr at the Ft Charlotte Urban Renewal Center when a part of Defence Force was attached to the Police Force ..Condolences to the family may the memories forever live in your heart.
