Funeral Service for the late Sybil Loretta Curtis aged 101 years of Fox Hill Road will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday 1st June 2024 at St. Anne’s Anglican Church, The Eastern and Fox Hill Roads. Officiating will be The Ven. Hugh A. Bartlett Jr. (Rector) and Canon Crosley Walkine assisted by other members of the clergy. Interment will follow in St. Anne’s Church Cemetery, The Eastern and Fox Hill Roads.

Aged 101 years

Funeral Service for the late Sybil Loretta Curtis aged 101 years of Fox Hill Road will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday 1st June 2024 at St. Anne’s Anglican Church, The Eastern and Fox Hill Roads. Nurse Curtis is survived by and shares an unbreakable bond with her children: Flora and Rodney Simpson, Levaughn and Keith Williams; grandchildren: Rodney, Judline and Navarre Simpson, Melvern and Clevland Forbes, Patrice Roberts, and Jamal Williams; great-grandchildren: Samuel Brock and Elisheva Quinn Simpson; nieces and nephews: M. Norbert and Beryl Cooper, great-nieces and great-nephews Giles and Lisbertha Cooper, Quincy, Brenton and Brielle Cooper; adopted children: Tenaya and Derik Johnson, Teruco and Surish Charles; adopted grands: Ariadne Tynes, Darek and Caitlin Johnson; godchildren: Katherine Mortimer and Avis Wright; Other surviving relatives and friends include but are not limited to: St. Anne’s ACW, ACM and Choir, Benson and Caroline Brown, Holy Trinity Echoes of Dawn, Linda Davis, Arthur “Billy” Davis, JoyAnn and Erald Thompson, Kendal Davis, Philip Sr. and Miriam Armbrister, Philip Jr. and Azaria Armbrister , Karen Davis, Carolyn Seymour, Audrey Rolle and the prayer ministry of St. Annes, Michelle and Bert Pople, Phaedra Mackey and family, Archdeacon Hugh Bartlett and Doctor Jillian Bartlett, Archdeacon Kingsley Knowles and Mrs. Sandra Knowles, Allison and Tony Garnier, Juliemae and Ulrick Turnquest, Rosie Knowles, Maurice Tynes, Kenneth Morrison, Albert and Rosetta Rolle, Anne Edwards, Georgina Higgs, St. Anne’s Church Office Staff, Mona Michel and Shannon Mackey, Princess Minnis, Livingston Smith, Dino Smith, Linton Ritchie, Catherine “Katie” Turnquest, Lady Ingrid Darling, Security Officer Elton Bain and his team, Nurse Celeste Lockhart, Ms. Sheila Knowles, Alderine Rolle, and All the descendants of Moses II and Margaret Davis

Friends may pay their last respects at Bethel Brothers Morticians and Crematorium, #44 Nassau street on Friday 31st May 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  and at the church on Saturday 1st June 2024 from 9:00 to service time.
