Velma Francis Smith-Black aged 87 of West Dennis Court, Yellow Elder, died at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Friday, 2nd June, 2023.
She is survived by her Husband: James Black; Daughters: Patrice A. Farrington, Michelle Whyms, and Cherese Williams; Numerous Grandchildren; Sisters: Marilyn Smith-Francis and Brenda Smith-Hanna; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date.
